Three Easy Ways to Use CoopShield

Nesting Boxes

After cleaning, apply a light, even dusting beneath or through fresh nesting material.

Dust-Bath Areas

Add a small amount to the flock’s established dust-bath area and mix it through the substrate.

Under Feathers

If the label directs, apply a very light dusting beneath feathers while carefully avoiding the head, eyes, nostrils and beak.

How to Apply

  2. Apply a light dusting to clean nesting boxes, coop areas or established dust baths.
  3. Avoid creating airborne clouds of powder—a little goes a long way.
  4. Keep the powder away from every bird’s face, eyes and respiratory openings.
  5. Reapply as needed according to the package directions, especially after cleaning or replacing bedding.
