Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to review, product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and our right to accept or decline an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, processing times, estimated delivery windows, carrier information, weekend order handling, address corrections, delayed packages, and related shipping details are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Center.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside of our control. Once a package is handed to a carrier, transit and delivery scans are managed by the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return eligibility, exchanges, refunds, damaged or missing items, address corrections, cancellation rules, and product-specific restrictions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Center.

For safety and quality reasons, certain items, including medications, may not be returnable or exchangeable. Customers should review the Returns & Refunds Center before requesting a return.
