We want every customer to feel confident ordering from Pet MegaMart. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help determine the best solution.
Some products, especially medications, have return restrictions for safety and quality reasons. This page explains what can be returned, what cannot be returned, and how to get help.
What can be returned?
We gladly accept eligible returns on unopened merchandise that meets the requirements below.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, is required before returning merchandise.
- Please include your packing slip or invoice with your return.
- Clearly indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
This policy helps protect all customers by ensuring medications remain properly handled and stored.
If you receive the wrong medication or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll review the issue.
Need a different item?
We accept exchanges on eligible unopened merchandise.
- Exchange requests must be submitted before returning merchandise.
- Items must be unopened and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- There is no restocking fee for approved exchanges.
- If replacement shipping charges apply, we'll let you know before processing the exchange.
Need to cancel your order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders begin processing quickly.
Before Processing
Orders canceled before processing are generally canceled without any fee.
After Processing
Orders that have already entered processing may be subject to an administrative cancellation fee.
For larger orders, credit card processing fees may also apply where permitted.
Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please review the return policy if your order qualifies for return.

- Report problems within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email photos whenever possible.
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Can I return medications?
No. For safety and quality reasons, medications cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long do I have to return an item?
Eligible unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do I need an RMA?
Yes. Please contact Customer Support before returning merchandise so we can provide return instructions.
Can I cancel my order after it ships?
Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. Eligible merchandise may still qualify for return under this policy.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please inspect your shipment immediately and contact us within 48 hours. Photos of the package and merchandise are extremely helpful.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed promptly. Your financial institution may require several business days before the credit appears on your account.
