What to expect after placing your order
After your order is placed, our Arizona fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders are packed carefully, labeled, and handed to the selected carrier as quickly as possible.
- Most orders ship within 1 business day.
- Tracking is emailed once your label is created or your package ships.
- Carrier delivery estimates are not the same as guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated.
- Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next available business day.

Looking for your order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates come directly from the carrier and may take several hours to appear after the label is created.
- If tracking says “label created,” the package may still be waiting for the carrier scan.
- If tracking says “in transit,” the carrier has the package and is moving it through the network.
- If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we can help review the shipment.

Why Delivery Dates Sometimes Change
Although carriers provide estimated delivery dates, they are estimates and can occasionally change while your package is in transit.
Severe weather may temporarily affect transportation routes and carrier operations.
Major holidays often create significantly higher shipping volumes which may increase transit times.
Mechanical issues, routing changes, staffing shortages, or transportation disruptions can occasionally delay shipments.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or require additional carrier processing.

Many customers are concerned when tracking does not immediately update. This is completely normal and usually does not indicate a problem.

What If My Package Is Delayed?
Occasionally a shipment may take longer than originally estimated. This does not necessarily mean the package is lost.

- Allow additional transit time during holidays or severe weather.

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you ship on weekends?
Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday. Weekend orders begin processing on Monday.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. Carriers often scan packages later the same day or during the next business day.
Can delivery dates change?
Yes. Weather, holidays, transportation delays, and carrier routing changes can affect estimated delivery dates.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, address changes may not be possible.
Do expedited shipping methods guarantee delivery?
Expedited services generally provide faster transit times, but carrier guarantees may vary. Please review the selected shipping option during checkout.
