This is a plastic tray designed just for spray millet. It has a wire to lock the spray in place so it does not fall off the tray. Has a built in perch for the bird to perch and eat. Fastens easily and securely and the tray slides on and off of its base to make filling or cleaning a breeze. Clear heavy duty plastic, dishwasher safe.
