What ornithose / psittacose means here
Keepers and European labels often write ornithose and psittacose for the same chlamydial complex English calls ornithosis / psittacosis (Chlamydia psittaci). Combo doxycycline + tylosin powders are also used for other susceptible respiratory problems, including mycoplasma-related air sac disease, when a vet directs that approach.
Not effective against viruses, fungi, or parasites. If birds do not improve, reassess with a vet.
