Baytril is legit a life saver for different species! About 8 months ago my tiny little RES hatchling had a severe respiratory infection and was close to dying. He couldn’t swim, or stay under water and was just floating. I did everything I could to save his life! I found this company and ordered Baytril and within DAYS he was healthy. I had to hand feed him blended food with a syringe, and gave him 2 units twice a day for 3 days and he was back to his normal turtle self! I did continue giving him 2 units once a day for 4 more days just to be safe. Fast Fwd to January, I have 2 spunky ferrets that contracted a respiratory virus from my kids (never knew it was possible, but it is).. I did some research to see if Baytril was safe and ordered a new bottle. I put a request in the memo section asking if it could be shipped ASAP because their breathing was shallow and I was worried about them. I received a call from customer service to let me know they shipped it priority for no additional charge. I had thrown away the other bottle assuming it went bad, and they told me to call next time because it should have lasted until the expiration date. They offered to send me an extra bottle. While that is an amazing offer, and I truly appreciate it, the product is worth every penny!! I’m not a vet, but I adore my animals and would do anything possible to help them. Finding an exotic vet near me is impossible! I am very thankful that this company exists because the cost of the medicine that saved their lives was a fraction of the cost if I were to take them to the emergency vet over an hour away from my house and transporting them isn’t ideal as they hate car rides and I was worried their tiny hearts couldn’t take the added stress.
