Dr S Product Giveaway — November 2026

Sponsor

Pet MegaMart Inc. ("Sponsor"), Sheridan, Wyoming. Pet MegaMart is an online shop only (no retail storefront).

Promotion period

Entry opens when the giveaway post is published and closes Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Arizona time (MST) ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

How to enter

During the Promotion Period, comment on the giveaway post and tell us about your bird or pet. That comment is your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Liking, sharing, tagging, or following does not create an entry and is not required.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Dr S product of the winner's choice from the Dr S products listed below. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $22.99. Prize ships to a valid US address only. No cash alternative or transfer. No other product, gift, or sample is included or offered as part of this giveaway. If the winner's chosen product is unavailable, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute another Dr S product of equal or greater value. Product use is subject to the product label. If a bird or pet is sick, consult a veterinarian.

ARV is based on the current store price of the highest-priced Dr S product listed above and may change if prices change.

Winner selection and odds

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final.

Winner notification

The potential winner will be tagged in a comment on the giveaway post and must reply within forty-eight (48) hours of being tagged, providing a valid US shipping address as directed by Sponsor. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or the prize is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

Publicity

By entering, unless prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name and display name in connection with announcing the winner, without further compensation.

General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or that violate the hosting platform's terms or these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, delayed or undelivered messages, or platform issues. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Facebook/Meta from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this promotion is used only to administer the giveaway and fulfill the prize, consistent with Sponsor's privacy practices on petmegamart.com.

Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Any dispute arising from this promotion will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

For the winner's first name and state (available for 30 days after the drawing), contact Sponsor through petmegamart.com customer service with the subject line "Dr S Giveaway Winner."
