Sponsor

Pet Megamart ("Sponsor"), 4240 S Arizona Ave #1032, Chandler, AZ 85248. Pet Megamart is an online shop only (no retail storefront).

Promotion period

Entry opens Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Arizona time (America/Phoenix) and closes Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Arizona time ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

How to enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the Pet Megamart Facebook Page giveaway post and leave one comment that names the bird or flock you keep. That comment is your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Liking, sharing, tagging, or following does not create an entry and is not required.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) 100g jar of Water-Soluble Bird Vitamins — Daily Essentials 1 from The Bird Care Company. Approximate retail value (ARV): $12.55. Prize ships to a valid US address only. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Product use is subject to the product label. If a bird is sick, consult a veterinarian.

Winner selection and odds

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Thursday, September 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by Facebook comment or Facebook Messenger and must reply with a valid US shipping address within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or the prize is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

Publicity

By entering, unless prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name and Facebook display name in connection with announcing the winner, without further compensation.

General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or that violate Facebook’s terms or these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, delayed or undelivered messages, or Facebook platform issues. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Facebook/Meta from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.
